HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
Please browse through our products catalogue by using the "Category Search" menu on the left. Whilst we sell worldwide, all prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD), and the online store anticipates payment in NZD. If you're ordering from Overseas (i.e. outside of New Zealand) please don't let this put you off as Paypal will convert your currency into NZD easily, and we would really love to get your order!
WHY DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO BUY FROM YOU?
You can browse our online catalogue as much as you like, but to order from our online store you will need to register (this is part of the checkout process once you have made an order) as the online store requires this to operate correctly and charge the correct shipping amount. Please register by selecting a username and password, or login if you have made an order previously. It's easy and painless and covers only your name and mailing address, which we'd need to get from you anyway.

Information about our customers is an important part of our business. We share customer information only in so far as it is required for the purposes of parcel delivery, marketing assistance, and payment processing. These organisations only have access to information appropriate to their tasks.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
For New Zealand customers we can accept payment by direct credit to our bank account; or by cheque; or by credit card through Paypal. Details of how to pay by all these options are included in the Checkout process. For Overseas customers (i.e. not in NZ) we can only accept credit card payment through Paypal. The details of how to pay by Paypal are included in the Checkout process.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER TO ME?
We have a flat rate system for postage and packaging. We send orders worldwide by NZ Post. The online store will automatically add the postage and packaging amount to your order based on your country/location chosen when you register.
All New Zealand orders are NZ$5.00 for postage & packaging.
Australian and South Pacific orders are NZ$15.00 for airmail postage & packaging.
USA, Canada, Japan, Asia and South Africa orders are NZ$25.00 for airmail postage & packaging.
UK and Europe orders are NZ$30.00 for airmail postage & packaging.
The Rest of the World orders are NZ$35.00 for airmail postage & packaging.
We ship all orders as soon as we can, but please allow 10 days for delivery within NZ, or 28 days for Overseas - just in case we need to manufacture something specially for your order, but usually it will be much quicker than this.
